Libya We See You...

Dear Lagniappe Family and Friends,

This week we are taking a look at what's taking place in Libya -- we won't be able to take a look at Mauritania which has been in the slave trade since...but we're watching them too only thing is they haven't been caught by CNN yet, but it is a well-known scandal--human trafficking in 2017 isn't acceptable yet on a continent where Black Lives should Matter the most -- the opposite seems to be quite evident.
