A Monologue - Rants and Raves - The Shock and Awe of 2022 continues
Dear Lagniappe Family & Friends -
Due to the tomfoolery going on in my zip code wasn't able to make it to the show - the les forces de l'ordre took my car as it was moving folks out of their dwelling place. Though they were bothersome, they are still people - should be obvious, but they were not treated as such. They came in 2 years ago with their own things, livelihood, culture, way of seeing community to being kicked out with nothing but the clothes on their backs - to include the elderly and children.
Please forgive me for allowing my emotions to take over. July 15th's show was a monologue - Rants and Raves - The Shock and Awe of 2022 continues. 2022 keeps kicking people in the teeth worldwide and telling us to get up. Please continue getting up and while you are getting up, please help those that are around you - lift as you rise will be the only response to 2022's "gangsteristic" behavior. Year of The Tiger still requires us to have strength and be courageous!
