Veteran's + Armistice Day 2022

Dear Lagniappe Family and Friends,

This week on the show we are celebrating American Veterans. This week's show comes right after the US mid-term elections - there will be enough commentary about that on different sources, but here on Lagniappe we wanted to celebrate our Vets.

I came across a book that was published in October and thought it was important moving into the Armistice weekend to remember those who gave their lives and even liberty to solidify many of our rights within a society that touted home of the free and the brave in which there were very few freedoms for those that fought on foreign soil only to come home and have to continue an unforgivable war, racism and fascism in jim crow south.

Tune in Thursday, November 10th 2022, 16H00 - 17H00 CET live as we celebrate the strength and resilience of these soldiers who paved the way for others to serve. Happy Veteran's Day Family.
